SLIP Instructions

B.1 EdgeAccess Application with SNMP via SLIP

The 9135 and 9140 Serial Line IP support allows the user to attach a dial-up modem to the DCE

communications ports on the SNMP Management Module and manages the 9135 or 9140 via SNMP.

Figure B-1 illustrates this functionality with two 9140 Four-Port Switches in Redundant Optics Mode.
